Miss Universe 2018, the 67th edition of Miss Universe, was held on 17th December 2018 at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. Catriona Gray of the Philippines was crowned the new queen by her predecessor Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters of South Africa at the end of the event finale. Philippines won its fourth Miss Universe crown.
Tamaryn Green of South Africa and Sthefany Gutiérrez of Venezuela were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively. Top 5 also included Kiara Ortega of Puerto Rico and H'Hen Nie of Vietnam while Top 10 also included Marta Stepien of Canada, Natalia Carvajal of Costa Rica, Akisha Albert of Curaçao, Manita Devkota of Nepal, Sophida Kanchanarin of Thailand. Angela Ponce of Spain became the first transgender to compete at Miss Universe in this edition.
The show was hosted by comedian Steve Harvey and supermodel Ashley Graham, while television personality Carson Kressley and runway coach Lu Sierra provided commentary and analysis. American singer-songwriter Ne-Yo performed during the competition.
