The 22 year old charming ambassador of Bolivia at the 2016 Miss Grand International beauty pageant is Joselyn Toro. She had previously participated in the 54th Miss International Beauty Pageant 2014. With previous knowledge about pageantry, she can give a tough competition to fellow contenders.
