Selena Maria was appointed Miss International Belize 2019 in May 2019 and will represent Belize in Miss International 2019. A resident of Belize city, Selena Urias is a fitness and travel fanatic. Selena holds a degree in Business Administration and is also no stranger to the pageantry. She was a part of Miss Universe Belize 2018 and ended up being placed as the fourth runner-up. Later, she represented Belize at Reina Hispanomericana 2018 in Bolivia and then also at Reina del Tropico 2018 in Honduras.
For her advocacy as the newly crowned queen, Selena pledges to work towards empowering women and promoting equality. She is a proud activist and supporter for Haven House which is a facility for domestically abused women in Belize. With her incredible efforts towards her society, Selena is definitely going to be a strong competition for the other ladies in the finale.
