Elsa Irwanti Elisabeth Kaize was born on 17th April 1993. The stunning Elsa has an impressive height of 169 cm and gorgeous dusky complexion. This beauty has done her schooling from the Upper Middle School in Jayapura. She graduated from Open University in Denpasar, Bali and received a degree of Bachelor of Communication. On the professional front, she is working as a flight attendant at the National airline calledGaruda Indonesia.
She believes in the power of dreaming and encourages others to never be afraid of dreaming big. The beauty already participated in Miss Papua 2011 and became a second runner up. It was her hard work, iron will and strong determination that has helped her to win the Miss Papua 2019 title and be the proud representative of her province.
