Philippines is all geared up to host the country’s most prestigious pageant this year. The organization has officially announced that the national competition is coming soon with all the excitement and to produce another batch of stunning and inspiring beauty queens.

The Binibining Pilipinas Charities has officially announced that they will strictly comply with health protocols. “Official contestants and everyone involved in the pageant must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the kickoff of events for the competition. We will adhere to the policies set by the LGU/IATF,” they shared.

The screening of the applicants will start in the month of March, whereas the Opening salvo of the pageant will be a grand Flores de Mayo parade at Araneta City this May followed by other pre=pageant activities and charity events.

The coronation ceremony for Binibining Pilipinas 2022 is set in July 2022 with four crowns at stake — Binibining Pilipinas International, Globe, Intercontinental, and Grand International. The organization has yet to confirm the addition of another Binibing Pilipinas crown.

The reigning queens of Binibinig Pilipinas are Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2021 Samantha Alexandra Panlilio, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2021 Cinderella Faye Obeñita and Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2021 Maureen Ann Montagne. These divas will crown their successors at the end of the event.

While Samantha Panlilio remained unplaced at the Miss Grand International 2021 pageant, both Cinderella Faye Obenita and Maureen Montagne made the country proud as they won the Miss Intercontinental 2021 and Miss Globe 2021 titles respectively. Miss International Philippines 2021 Hannah Arnold is yet to compete at the 60th Miss International pageant, scheduled to be held later this year.
