The finale of Miss Palawan Universe 2022 was held on 26th February 2022 at Mendoza Park where thirteen contestants competed for the esteemed crown and Luisa Gallardo Miss Araceli was crowned the new queen at the end of the event finale. She becomes the first ever Miss Palawan Universe.
On being crowned Miss Palawan Universe 2022, Luisa took to her official social media as she wrote, ""Today's actually my late grandmother's birthday. Ever since I was a child she dreamt of me becoming a beauty queen. And I want to grant her dream. I wish to win the title tonight and bring home the crown. I wish to become the next Miss Palawan Universe 2022." I said these words when the judges asked me for my last words for the prejudging and I never expected that they will grant them. I am forever grateful to represent my beloved Araceli and to my fellow Aracelians, thank you all for the love and support. To everyone greeting and congratulating me, di ko man kayo mareply isa isa pero I know who you are and I'm very thankful. I am Louise Gallardo from the municipality of Araceli, your Miss Palawan Universe 2022.”

1st Runner Up: Angeli Gabriell Estrada Miss Coron
2nd Runner Up: Lian Dale Ballena Miss Puerto Princesa
3rd Runner Up: Maria Luisa Varela Miss San Vicente
4th Runner Up: Mirah Cornelio Miss Sofronio Espanola
The finale saw the guest appearances of Beatrice Luigi Gomez Miss Universe Philippines 2021 (Miss Universe 2021 Top 5), Roberta Tamondong Miss Eco Teen International 2020, Dindi Pajares Miss Supranational Philippines 2021, Miss Philippines Earth 2013 Angelee Delos Reyes and Matthew Francisco, a prominent actor in Philippines.
