The finale of Miss Arizona USA 2022 was held on 30^th May 2022 at the Higley Center for the Performing Arts in Gilbert, Arizona where Isabel Ticlo was crowned as Miss Arizona USA 2022 and became the official representative of Arizona at Miss USA 2022. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Arizona USA 2021 Cassidy Jo Jacks.

Isabel gave a stellar performance at the state finals. In 2016, Isabel attended the W.P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and minors in communications and dance.

In 2020, Isabel went to Western New Mexico University in Silver City, New Mexico, USA where she earned her master’s degree in business administration. In August 2021, she entered the Phoenix Biomedical Campus of Northern Arizona University to pursue a PhD in physical therapy. In October 2021, she joined TheGoGame as a virtual gameshow host.

Not new to the pageantry, Isabel finished in the Top 16 at Miss Arizona USA 2016, she was crowned Miss Arizona 2018 and represented Arizona at Miss America 2019 but remained unplaced. She was second runner-up to Miss Arizona USA 2020 Yesenia Vidales. She was runner-up to Miss Arizona USA 2021 Cassidy Jacks.

The newly crowned Miss Arizona USA 2022 Isabel Ticlo’s court included –

1^st Runner-up – Candace Kanavel

2^nd Runner-up – Ria Diyaolu

3^rd Runner-up – Rachel Voltz

4^th Runner-up – Jordyn Owen

5^th Runner-up – Shania Brenon

Also at the finale, MayaDenise Gaskin was crowned Miss Arizona Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Arizona at Miss Teen USA 2022. Peyton Stuewe, Billie Fetcher, Taylynd Stuhr, Chloe Hiller and Mariah Hill were adjudged first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up respectively.
