The magnificent finale of Miss Grand Thailand 2016 held on June 26’ 2016 concluded with the crowning of Supaporn Malisorn as the winner. Supaporn succeeds Rattikorn Kunsom Miss Grand Thailand 2015, and will now represent Thailand at the Miss Grand International 2016.

22 years old Supaporn is a professional model and was awarded with a million cash prize, a house, a car, and a scholarship to get a master's and doctoral degree from Bangkok Thonburi University in addition to the crown.

A total of 77 contestants competed for the esteemed title of Miss Grand Thailand 2016. Miss Grand Thailand is a national pageant held in Thailand every year that selects representatives for the Miss Grand International. The contest is held every year to select and recruit the supreme women from Thailand who is heaved with beauty of knowledge and intellectual ability and could be a good role model. The organization aims at selecting women who can obtain the ability to encourage and support excellent social assistance.
At the same event, Miss Ratchaburi Chatchadaporn “Aoii” Kimakorn was crowned Miss Supranational Thailand 2016 and will represent Thailand at the Miss Supranational 2016 pageant. Miss Sing Buri was titled as Miss Intercontinental Thailand 2016, Miss Chonburi was announced as Miss Tourism Thailand 2016 and Miss Phetchaburi was declared as Top Model of World Thailand 2016.
