During the event finale of Miss Louisiana USA 2019, held on 6th October 2018, Victoria Paul was crowned the new state representative. She has the right to represent her state, Louisiana in Miss USA 2019 to be held next year, and if she wins the national title, she will be able to represent the United States in Miss Universe 2019.

Victoria is 25 years of age from Alexandria. She is a practical nurse who initially practiced specialty nursing in Dermatology for two years. After that, she she switched to emergent care and is currently working with Urgent Care and continuing to work part-time in Dermatology.

Victoria is a strong competitor, but she has a really soft heart. She draws inspiration from the challenges that she herself faced in her life. There was a time when she and her family had to live in a homeless shelter. Victoria believes in empowering and motivate people and more than that, she is very passionate about working with children.

As Miss Louisiana USA 2019, Victoria wants to use her position to inspire kids to work on their dreams and passion. She wants to motivate them to work hard despite harsh condition in the family, be it poverty or addictive parents.

During her free time, Victoria likes to travel and spend time with her adorable rescue dog, Doodle. She also spends time writing songs. Victoria is very particular about fitness and health which reflects through her radiant skin and beautifully ones body.
