Raven Doctor of Palawan State University was crowned Miss Palawan Universe 2023 at the finale of the state pageant held on 28th January 2023 at the Palawan Provincial Capitol. Raven is traditionally supposed to represent Palawan at Miss Universe Philippines 2024; however, it is yet to be announced officially by the state/national organization.

On winning the coveted state crown, Raven took to her official social media and expressed her emotions as she thanked everyone for their support. She wrote, “Thank you to those who supported me virtually, I may not be able to mention all of you but I'm very blessed to have you all po. Thank you! Most importantly, to God, whome I trust with every step I take on stage and with every word I say. You are my safe space; I bring all the praise and glory back to you, Lord!”

“It was an honor to represent you, Palawan State University. I have felt each and every one of you in every segment of the competition, and I will forever be grateful to wear the PSU sash that was placed in my heart. It's still not sinking in but I am Raven Hate Doctor, your Miss Palawan Universe 2023”, she added.

Also at the finale, Aviona Das of Narra, Jonalyn Galleno of Western philippines University, Sunshine Llaniguez of Sta. Monica National High School, and Erica Pamittan of Coron were adjudged as the first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.

Miss Universe Philippines 2024 will be the fifth edition of the national pageant which will crown the representative of Philippines for Miss Universe 2024. Kayla will now begin her preparations to compete with the best of the best at Miss Universe Philippines 2024 where Michelle Dee Miss Universe Philippines 2023 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
