The 2023 edition of Miss Qazaqstan was held at the Republic Palace in Almaty on 14th December 2023 where Madina Almukhanova was crowned Miss Universe Qazaqstan 2023 as she became the official representative of Kazakhstan at Miss Universe 2024.

Madina is 23 years of age and a professional model and choirmaster-conductor by profession. She sings and plays the piano professionally. The stunning beauty loves learning new languages and is currently learning Japanese and Italian. She is actively involved in charity work and encourages Kazakhstanis to take care of the nature of their beautiful homeland.

Also at the finale, Sabina Idrissova was crowned Miss Qazaqstan 2023/ Miss World Kazakhstan 2024 and Ayaulym Alimkhaliyeva was crowned Miss Earth Kazakhstan 2024 as they became the official representatives of Miss World 2024 and Miss Earth 2024 respectively.

Madina succeeds Miss Universe Kazakhstan 2023 Tomiris Zair who represented the country at Miss Universe 2023 but remained unplaced. The country is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.

Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd edition of Miss Universe, will be held in Mexico next year where Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
