Miss Queen Korea 2019 finale is scheduled to be hosted on 5th September 2019 at Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul, where various beauties from all around the country will compete for various national crowns. Three representatives to Miss Universe 2019, Miss World 2019 and Miss Supranational 2019 pageants will be crowned at the coronation. Miss Universe Korea 2018 Baek Ji-hyun, Miss World Korea 2018 Ah Cho and Miss Supranational Korea 2018 Lee Eun-bi will crown their successors at the conclusion of the finale.

Since the finale of the pageant is approaching nearby, the organization has unveiled the thirty-one delegates who will compete in the pageant to win an opportunity to represent the country in any of these three international beauty pageants.
