The Supranational Thailand organization hosted the coronation ceremony for the 2022 edition on 20th May 2022 at Show DC Ultra Arena Hall where stunning beauties from all over the country competed for the national crown.

At the end of the event, Praewwanich Ruangthong was crowned as Miss Supranational Thailand 2022 and will represent the country at Miss Supranational 2022 as she succeeded Miss Supranational Thailand 2021 Queenie Benjarat for the title.

Miss Supranational Thailand 2022 Praewwanich Ruangthong’s court includes-

First runner-up - Emma Natthaya Hadi

Second runner-up – Bew Nattha Thongkaew

28 years-old Praewwanit is a graduate of the School of Arts and Management from Prince of Songkla University. She is also a host and a model. Not new to pageantry, Prae was the 3rd runner up at Miss Universe Thailand 2020 and 1st runner up at the Miss Thailand World 2018 competitions.

The competition was also graced by the presence of reigning queen Miss Supranational 2021 Chanique Rabe of Namibia, Miss Supranational 2019 Anntonia Porsil of Thailand, Miss Polski 2021 Agata Wdowiak and the president of Miss and Mister Supranational organization Gerhard von Lipinski.

Last year, Queen Benjarat represented Thailand at Miss Supranational 2021 and finished among the Top 24 finalists. This year, Prae will represent the country at the 13th Miss Supranational pageant, scheduled to be held in July in Nowy Sacz, Poland.
