Miss United Continents 2017 (Miss Continentes Unidos 2017) national costume round is all set to happen tonight at Hotel & Centro Comercial Punta del Mar in La Libertad, Ecuador, when all the beautiful thirty-three contestants will walk the stage donning their specially designed national costumes for this event.
Ever since the pageant commenced including candidates from other continents (from the year 2013) India's performance at the pageant has been stupendous. Purva Rana was the first runner-up in Miss United Continents 2013, Gail Da'Silva was the second runner-up in Miss United Continents 2014, Sushrii Mishraa was placed in Top 6 in Miss United Continents 2015 and Lopamudra Raut was the second runner-up in Miss United Continents 2016.
Well, not only that, India has another special achievement in this pageant - that is when it comes to the Best National Costume. In last four years, India has won the Best National Costume award three times (years 2014. 2015 and 2016) and was placed amongst the Top 3 in the year 2014! That's an excellent record and hats off to the designers who have worked behind to create those magnificent costumes.
All eyes are on Sana Dua, India's representative for Miss United Continents 2017, as she reveals her national costume tonight. Can she win the Best National Costume award and make it four in a row for India?
