Meet the selection committee of Miss Universe 2020

The 69th edition of Miss Universe i.e., Miss Universe 2020 is all set to be held on 16th May 2021 (17th May 2021 in Manila) at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, the United States where almost seventy-four gorgeous divas from across the world will be competing for the crown. Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The organization has announced the names of renowned and extremely talented women who will be responsible for judging the stunning contestants at the preliminary competitions, personal interviews, and finale night. Let’s look at the selection committee of Miss Universe 2020:

Brook Lee

Brook Lee represented the USA at Miss Universe 1997 and was crowned as the winner at the end of the event finale. She is an American actress, television host, model, and icon who has inspired thousands of young girls across the world to work hard towards their dreams

Zuleyka Rivera

Zuleyka Rivera represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2006 and was crowned as the winner at the end of the event finale. She was the fifth Puerto Rican to win the title and went on to become a host, professional dancer, and model who inspires young women like her to keep working hard and staying dedicated towards the goal. 

Arden Cho

Arden Cho is an American actress, singer, and model best known for her role as Kira Yukimura in Teen Wolf. She won Miss Korea Chicago 2004, after which she had the opportunity to take part in Miss Korea and was in talks for a television show in Korea but walked away from the opportunity due to weight loss and plastic surgery requirements.

Sheryl Adkins-Green

Sheryl Adkins-Green is Chief Marketing Officer, Mary Kay, and supports the success of millions of Independent Beauty Consultants. Sheryl received a BS in retailing, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Sheryl’s business experience includes global business development, strategic planning, and contract negotiations. She is one of the top 50 CMO influencers according to @Forbes.Sheryl is actively involved in the community through The Mary Kay Foundation’s mission of finding a cure for cancers affecting women and stopping the incidence of violence against women.

Deepica Mutyala

Deepica Mutyala is a South Asian beauty entrepreneur, businesswoman, and the founder and CEO of Live Tinted, a multicultural beauty and culture community. She is best known for a viral YouTube video in which she covered her dark under-eye circles with red lipstick released in 2015. Deepica founded and launched Live Tinted in 2018, a digital platform and a beauty product line that explores diverse beauty and creates products for "every shade in-between".

Taty Orozco

Taty Orozco is a Colombian Economist who graduated from the London School of Economy. She is committed to contributing to a better society and feels honoured to be joining the selection committee of Miss Universe 2020.

Keltie Knight

Keltie is an Emmy Award-winning television personality. She is one of the hosts on CBS’s Entertainment Tonight and appeared on Project Runway, The Talk, HLN’s The Daily Share, and as a moderator for Vanity Fair. She was able to combine her entertainment and entrepreneurial expertise into a podcast she co-created and co-hosts, The LADYGANG. As passionate as she is about the media, she is just as dedicated to service. Knight has a long history of philanthropy, working with groups like the Humane Society and the Beagle Freedom Project.

Christine Duffy

Christine Duffy is an American businesswoman. She became the president of Carnival Cruise Line in 2014 and in 2010 founded MPI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and served as its inaugural chairwoman. In 2018, she was honoured by the South Florida Business Journal as an Influential Business Women.
