The organization of Miss Universe China will be hosting the coronation for Miss Universe China 2020 on 9th December 2020 at Nanjing. The delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title and an opportunity to represent China at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Miss Universe China 2019 Rosie Zhu Xin of Hebei will crown her successor at the end of the event.

The pageant was originally supposed to take place on 8th March 2020; however due to COVID-19 pandemic, the pageant was cancelled and postponed to a later date. The organization has revealed the names of the delegates who will be competing for the title soon. Last year, Rosie Zhu Xin represented China at Miss Universe 2019 stage where she was highly appreciated for her strong performance but unfortunately failed to place at the end of the event finale. All the candidates are receiving mental, physical and personality training in Nanjin China.
