The Miss Universe Korea organization hosted its coronation ceremony for the 2021 edition of Miss Universe Korea on 29 September 2021, where stunning delegates from all over the country competed for the national crown and an opportunity to represent the country at the upcoming edition of Miss Universe pageant. Jisu Kim was crowned as Miss Universe Korea 2021 at the end of the event finale. The competition was pre-recorded and is expected to be shown soon. She succeeds Miss Universe Korea 2020 Park Ha-Ri for the title.

The Korean beauty is a big fan of calming her nerves through a thorough swimming session. She is fond of her memories of swimming as a child. The diva also likes to engage herself in various activities including golfing, dancing and yoga. She has an affinity towards golf. She says that it feels like a personal sport.

In her own words, health is one of her biggest passions and she never misses a day to hit the gym. She believes a healthy being resides in a healthy body and so likes to consistently work on her physique. She has been operating a YouTube channel since the year 2016 where she consistently uploads videos of her cooking and also maintains a video diary of her days. She can also be found recording music covers on her channel. She is an open-minded person who finds it easy to navigate the differences that exist in people. If that says anything about her accepting nature!

She will represent the land of the morning calm at the 70th Miss Universe competition to be held in December 2021 in Eilat, Israel. Andrea Meza of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event. Since Park Ha-RI Miss Universe Korea 2020 unfortunately remained unplaced last year, the country has high hopes from Jisu Kim to bring home a win.

Congratulations!
