The 2023 edition of Ratu Wanita Malaya has begun as the organization has announced the official delegates competing for the national competition. The organization will crown the representatives to Miss Star International 2022, Miss Global 2023, Miss Asia Pacific 2023, Miss Face of Humanity 2023 and Miss Eco 2023.
